Pesce has over 20 years of General Practice and Litigation experience: Business Formation, including: Corporations, LLC's, etc., and service as legal counsel; Employment and Contract Law including: personnel handbooks, employment issues and contracts, stockholders agreements, buy-sell agreements; Family law including: pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, custody and support, with an emphasis on mediation of family disputes; Estate planning including: wills, trusts, advance directives and powers of attorney. Personal injury including: negotiation and litigation , primarily auto injury cases. Advocates use of Mediation as alternative to costly litigation.
